Fiorentina star DusanVlahovic is one of the most in-demand strikers on the European football stage and his Italian football side has slammed an asking price of €80m (£68.4m) on him as interested clubs attempt to sign him ahead of the resumption of the transfer window in the New Year.
Vlahovic has 18 months left on his Fiorentina contract and it doesn’t look like the player will sign a new deal at the club. To this effect, Fiorentina might struggle to raise their asking price of €80m (£68.4m) from him.
Goal Italia revealed via a report that Fiorentina are prepared to sell Vlahovic in the January transfer window amidst interest from clubs in Italy and England. Juventus are said to be keen to do a deal for the young striker, but La Viola are determined to sell him to an English club.
Vlahovic has been linked with English clubs such as Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Liverpool.
Spurs targeted Vlahovic in the summer as a potential replacement for England striker Harry Kane who was a strong target for Premier League holders Manchester City. He has been linked with a move to North London giants Arsenal in recent days with the Gunners keen to sign a young striker.
