Juventus has extended the contract of two veteran players of the club, Giorgio Chiellini and Gianluigi Buffon. The club has confirmed that both the players have agreed to the extension of one year. The new signing stands till June 2021 and by then Buffon will be 43 and Chiellini will be close to 37. The club said that the contract extension is a reward and gratitude for the long term loyalty and quality of the players to them.
Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri has warned Miralem Pjanic to behave like a great player. With his current attitude, he will be unable to make it to the first team of the club. He has played across 32 matches for the club in this season andhas only scored three goals.
Before the suspension of the league in March, his performance in the game was not up to the mark. They had a genuine concern for him as he had been replaced many times in the game. In the match against Napoli, he was called off the pitch after 50 minutes of playing time where Juventus faced defeat for 2–1. In the Champions League, his performance against Lyon wasn’t satisfactory.
Former Juventus and Real Madrid manager Fabio Capellohas apprised Lautaro Martinez on the move to Barcelona. He also said that he has been impressed by the talent of Martinez and he doesn’t want him to sit in the sidelines in Barca as he thinks that it is difficult to find a place in the first team of the club.
Martinez name has been linked with the transfer to Barcelona for the past few weeks and his performance in Inter has been good with him scoring 16 goals from 31 appearances in this season. Capello advises that Martinez will be having a better option if he stays at Serie A.

Former Arsenal manager Unai Emery has revealed that he had no influence on the decision to part ways with midfielder Aaron Ramsey last summer. The Wales international was tipped to sign a new contract with the Gunners during the first half of the previous season but the club made a surprise U-turn to walk away from the deal.
As a result, the midfielder was allowed to enter the final six months of his deal at the turn of the year and he therefore took the option to sign a pre-contract agreement with Juventus. During that time, there was the suggestion that Emery may have contributed to the club’s decision but the Spaniard has now refuted those claims.

The Wales international joined the Bianconeri on a free transfer from Arsenal during the summer but he has since struggled for regular gametime due to four separate disruptions due to minor injury setbacks.
As such, he has been restricted to just five starts in the Serie A but Sarri remains optimistic that the former Gunners will turn things around during the backend of the campaign, he told: “Aaron Ramsey is growing both as a condition and a belief. It was not easy for him to adapt, coming from the Premier and from a bad injury.”
