Inter Milan are the new leaders in the Italian Serie A after they claimed a comeback win over Fiorentina in their latest league game. Hosts Fiorentina and Italian football giants Inter Milan met in a week five and it was the Serie A holders who came from behind claim a 3-1 win and climb above Napoli at the summit. Italian football giants Inter Milan were able to claim victory over a Fiorentina team who finished the Serie A game with ten men after Argentine international attacker Nico Gonzalez was sent off with twelve (12) minutes left to play for collecting two yellow cards in quick succession.
Inter Milan trailed to a Riccardo Sottil strike at the interval but they were able to turn the game on its head with three second half goals. Italian winger Sottil gave the hosts the lead midway into the first half and it was enough to give Fiorentina the lead at the break.
